belt installing

got me a 93 rx-7 , it starts up but no belts are installed ..do i need a special tool ? i bought the belts already. help! thanks in advance

No special tools ,just find the parts that move for adjustment . Strange question . Do not run it long without the water pump hooked up . A new car for you needs a factory repair book .
