Can someone tell me what they think is wrong with my 93 fd. I am getting about 215 miles to the tank. I know it should do a little better than that.

If your concerned about gas miles, you may have chose the wrong car. If your car is stock, then that does seem kinda low though.
Do you have any upgraded parts?

 

an air filter, thats about it

 

when mine was stock, it would range from 22 mpg running a steady 75 mph on the interstate, down to about 6 mpg during spirited track events. What kind of driving do you do and what is the mpg? Now that the engine, and exhaust have been moded I don't think about it, but I believe it is somewhere around 17mpg on the highway.

wow. how can u guys get those miles? well dunno how is the traffic there, but in CA..... i get 200 miles or less.

 

it all depends on how you drive

 

so my 13mpg is not bad for semi-aggressive driving?
