Any body have a wastegate outlet flex pipe????

So I bought a used HKS turbo kit as it is clean and well crafted. The only part missing is the 200mm flex pipe shown below. (Part 17443-038100). The down pipe has the same flange as the wastegate outlet, and a nice tangential entry. HKS no long sells them, so I though no biggy I'm fab one up...... The tight radius and misalignment make this 90% welds 10% pipes and it looks like *** and probable flows less.

Any one know where I could find one or something similar?

How much can it flex? I need to do a 90 deg bend with a 2 1/4 radius then go 8 inches straight.
