I'm currently in the first few stages of creating a 4 rotor (not doing it all myself). I'm currently sourcing used parts and brand new seems point to myself.

Is this centre plate repairable? Is it a problem?

You need to post a bigger pic. I don't notice anything wrong with it. Is there supposed to be? Just looks dirty...
