air pump wheel size difference?

Hey guys

perhaps this is more of a 3rd gen specific question - but has anyone noticed a difference in the size of the airpump wheel/pulley between different years?

My original busted, and I had to get a replacement, bought one from one of the forum members and noticed that the wheel is significant smaller. I'd say about 1/2 inch small radius. The belt therefore, even trying to adjust the tension all the way up, would be very very slack. I was wondering if anyone knew why rx7s came with 2 different size air pump pulleys? was it due to an auto/manual thing? or year issue? Would this airpump still work on my car (93 base manual)?

Does anyone know what size the belt is that would be appropriate?

thank you in advance.
