Impedence = resistance @ 0Hz
If that didn't make any sense to you, impedence is basically resistance.

Any Digital Multi-Meter (DMM) that can measure resistance will easily tell you what fuel injectors are "high" and what fuel injectors are "low".

Just measure the resistance across the two pins, and see what the readout says.

In general...
"High" = 10-ohms to 15-ohms
"Low" = 2-ohms to 4-ohms

And if you're trying to figure out what impedence stock FC3S fuel injectors are, check the FAQ in that section or do a search.
Rotary Resurrection's web site has a chart documenting what FC models came with what type of fuel injectors.
