93 RX7 won't start

I have a 93 RX7 twin turbo that is almost impossible to start and even when it does start it barely runs. If you try to give it has when it does start it will just shut off and then won't restart. So I had the intake off and found a vacuum hose disconnected and after researching where it goes I found it goes to the fuel pressure regulator solenoid. Will this hose being disconnected cause a hard/no start condition?

Connect that hose back onto the fpr. Use the vacuum diagram and trace all lines and make sure they are connected correctly. Other than that deflood your motor and buy new spark plugs and wires. All that cranking you probably flooded the motor.

I just read your other post. If it's been sitting for as long as you stated. Put a little bit of atf fluid into the spark plug holes and crank the motor by hand a couple of revolutions. This should help lubricate and loosen any stuck seals in the motor. Let it sit for a few hours or a day and then try starting. I'm just throwing some suggestion out there.
