87 turbo 2 water leaking to oil pan

Hello RX7 club.... i own an 87 rx7 s4 turbo 2.
i have rebuilt the engine twice... and everytime i fill the radiator. it leaks to the oil pan.... the o-rings have been replaced the water fills the front case and oil pan!! PLEASE HELP!!!

one of your irons or housings will likely need to be replaced, i'd say 90 percent chance of it. the other 10 percent is maybe just a rubber outter coolant seal blew, but i've not seen one leak unless the iron was done for.

when i broke it down... i inspected the irons and the rotory housing... it measured out fine...

i wanna say it might be a freeze plug??? where is it excatlly located??
