So after much hoping and much tinkering I have pretty much come to the conclusion I need apex seals,I am going to attempt to do it myself (with friends) and was wondering if there are any good tips I should know and any good reasonably priced rebuild kits around,all help is welcome THANK!!

 

It's easier than you might think. Check out Atkins for kits. They even have a complete video. I've rebuilt several engines a la Atkins and they're true pros.

 

That's the kit I was looking at but I was not aware they had a video,thanks every little thing helps with this lol

 

Aaron Cake, local member/mod, is a master builder of these engines and he has a free vid on Youtube for viewing purposes. Mazdatrix also has a video for sale besides Atkins.
