87 fc n/a issues

So it's been a while since I put something up but I need help,I bought a fc a while back but it was neglected and didn't run but after replacing fuel pump and filter along with coils, wires, plugs and the CAS it started and I actually had it running pretty well but wasn't driving it due to lack of exhaust but then it died on me randomly and I can't get it to start again and I've deflooded it and it still won't start, could this be due to lack of back pressure maybe or is my timing messed up cause I never actually felt like I had the CAS right.

Have you done a compression test on each rotor? that will normally tell you if you have a stuck seal and that is what it sounds like. normally rotaries dont just die either they catastrophically die or a seal gets stuck and it dies while off. go ahead and do a compression test and lets see what numbers you get

Try disabling the fuel pump and use a bit of starter fluid sprayed into the air intake duct for one two two seconds and try to get it to fire up for a couple of seconds. The car might be very flooded and a simple deflooding might not do the trick. And a poorly set CAS will also prevent the car from starting, but if it started before then it should not prevent the car from starting again.

I did the deflood by removing the two lower spark plugs and disabling the fuel pump and turning it over a few times,It's at my friends shop so when I go over there ill mess with it and try to do the compression test.

The use of starter fluid will totally clean out the rotor housings of fuel if it happens to be flooded.

I also feel as though something is wrong with my afm cause there is a terribly annoying alarm in the cabin and when I push the flap on the afm it stops.

The buzzer (not beeper) is for the low oil, low coolant or too high rpm on the tach.

use starting fluid to see if it starts- fuel problem regardless of you saying fuel is fine...
does the tach bounce when cranking?

Don't believe we can see your gauge cluster so you'll have to fill us in on your problem. All of the gauges except for the speedometer run off of the Meter fuse.
