600whp does seem a bit unrealistic, especially if your trying to do it on a budget, so don't be surprised if you get negative feedback. i understand your looking for advice and i give you credit for that but don't get mad at someone because they tell you it will be hard and possibly not attainable the way you want to do it. ( also leave the gangsta talk at highschool, people wont take you seriously)

In regards to the Apexi Power FC, it is capable of running big numbers eg Dragon Performance in the UK with their FD on a power FC and a quarter mile of 9.1 @ 158mph

You need a big frame turbo eg GT42,BW400 series,T88GK etc etc, a GT35R will not cut it.

You do need large porting on the engine

Does it need to be dowelled for that power? no, there are at least 3 FD3S in the UK running low 9s with no dowelling.

Can you get 550wp on a budget? No, it will not just cost you $2k lol

Seriously, your never going to make 600hp with an RX-7...I think the record for any rotary vehicle is rwhp is 550hp and that was done by the 787B with millions of dollars and unlimited engineering.

So just forget the whole idea, go buy a civic or a 240...they can make 600hp.

-exhaust is 4" all the way back
-2 or 3 bar map sensor

 

At first glance, you don't have enough injector. Might have enough for upper 400 probably mid 400s depending on the type of fuel.

Better off using 1600s or better, 2000cc.

 

More fuel allows you to run more boost w/o blowin up right?
