2005 RX8 will not idle

Mazda kept my car for a month trying to figure out why the fuel pump was running all the time once the key was put in. Now that i got it back it will not idle, it goes dead.

Check your muffler fluid level. When it drops below minimum it will struggle to idle...

on a serious note, bring it back to dealer

Angry

I called the dealer and I live 1 1/2 hours away so they are going to make arrangements to come get it. They had the car for a month and couldnt figure out how to fix it. I dont think they knew what they were doing and they made things worse.

Honestly, they probably don't have a clue, but if they touched it last and its still not running/not running right its on their dime.

Almost NO dealer knows what to do with the car because its been made over 10 years ago, and the few mechanics they had that DID have the training either A) don't work their anymore or B) didn't care enough to pay attention to the training or C) never had any technicians that had a clue about the systems on the 8.

If it were me, I would fight them to get my money back (won't be easy) and bring it to an ACTUAL rotary shop, believe the closest one to you would be Banzai being in Mississippi
