1994 Type-R Leaking water ?? HELP...

Hello to you all, as this is my first post etc.
I have bought a 1994 Type-R Twin Turbo. I love the look and it goes like Stink, but have only managed to do about 100 Miles, as the Water refill light and alarm keep coming on.

When on the drive and warm, the bottle in front of the right wheel in the wheel arch has a little hole in a rubber bung, (you can just see it with the headlights up) pushes out water.
Question :-
1. why has the bottle got a water level dipstick it, don't you just top up the cap on the engine ?
2. Is this because the Cooling system is getting pressurised due to leaking compression ?
3. The car goes realy well and there doesn't seem to be any white smoke etc, so I take it the rotor seal are OK ?

Realy HELP.....Have a Bought a Dud....

Ps. It came direct from Japan as I Import my own Cars Direct.

that's not a 'coolant' tank, most likely a window washer bottle, atleast that's where mine is. don't have an fd though.

I'd check ur overflow cap on ur radiator for correct pressure first. a service center (gas station) should be able to do that. I don't see how u got the idea that u top of ur water at the engine.......u top it off in the overflow bottle or in the radiator when it's cool.

Check to make sure that your AST tank hose is connected to the overflow bottle.

It runs around the bottom of the intercooler and over to the coolant overflow tank. It has a plastic coupler in that area and the hose will pop off. mine was like that when I bought my FD.

I plugged it back in and never had a problem again.

hope that helps, otherwise it may be a cracked or broken overflow tank.
