~3800rpm hesitation SOLUTION!
Alright, after much anguish and frustration, I have finally solved my ~3800rpm hesitation....
Fault 1: my PFC F-con was missing the boost pressure sensor, and the FCD (fuel cut defensor) it came with was non-functional because of that.
Fault 2: removal of the f-con yielded no result soooo...
SOLUTION: INSTALLED A RACING BEAT FUEL CUT DEFENSOR... and whammo!! No hesitation... I had forgotten what my car was like past 4000rpm... beautiful!! Also, hi to all that were at Sevenstock 5!!

PFC F-con is an after market fuel management computer type thing. FCD is a fuel cut defencer. Once a factor set boost level is reached (on turbo car anyway) the ECU cut off any increase in fuel pump activity, which governed the vehicle speed by defeating the turbocharger. Without fuel, the extra air is useless.
