Here's a picture of the old 2" Bi-LED projector. Notice it has more of a "tiny beady eyes" look than the 2.5" Bi-LED projectors (next picture)

The yellow circled screw terminal is what you have to ground - I simply used a suitable ring lug for the screw & 18AWG TXL wire that I grounded to the metal dash support bar with another ring terminal & self-tapping hex screw. To make cluster R&R a little easier with the new ground wire, I added an insulated male/female spade terminal in the middle of the ground wire run to facilitate removal

This is the post for the wiper switch. I super glued the cracked section piece back in, then using a thick plastic straw as a mold, reinforced the whole post with JB Weld epoxy

This is the driver's side door. That little black box is the DEI 451m, and I sourced mating connectors for the OEM motor connectors from Corsa Technic so this mod is completely reversible/plug & play.

Driver's door done - I had to use some Tyvek tape to stick the plastic barrier back on the door, because the black goo had lost its "sticky" in some places.
