But yes, if it didn't pass emissions, most people would just purchase a midpipe instead.
Oh, we have emission tests! My car didn't pass it in stock condition, but the mechanic "passed" it because he was afraid to even be close to a rotary engine.

high flo midpipe will pass but if you have that combonied with a downpipe good lucj it wont pass...
make sure your are really good friends with someone who can have access to emissions testing to pass you

The emissions levels with the DP and high flow cat were extremely low. Remember that the precat is for cold engine emissions purposes, when your car is warmed up there is little to no benefit from the precat.
