turbo 2 or twin turbo
There is not a twin turbo rotary engine made, that is a bolt in and does not require major work to install and get running in a FC.
Please read the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this, the 2nd gen RX-7 Technical section before posting

you should get a cosmo engine, 13b-re. Bolts in pretty easy and my swap is only costing me about $3K for everything (motor, tranny, mounts and bracket, t2 tranny and flywheel and clutch, and a t2=>na driveshaft.) Add another $1k for standalone.

The 13BRE or 13BTurbo are much better choices

If you are going to do all the work and you have such a budget that you are even considering a 13BREW, then the 20B would even be a better choice (IMO) than trying to fit a 13BREW in.
Lets just look at the work...
13BT Bolt in parts, under $5000 cost (some people have even done it under $1000 doing all the work themselves and selling the old non turbo parts)
Or a 13BRE which is near bolt in and around $6000 (but requires some fabrication)
Or a 13BREW from a FD that is nowhere near bolt in, and considerable fabrication and typically is around $10K before the car is even running.
Now granted if you do the work yourself, you can shave $1000 or two off of those costs.

and what are you using for a Turbo??? The stock twins??? People change those on a FD as one of the first modifications
Dude if you are set on it go for it. Its your project... if you ever get it running. And you got enough money to buy three or four FCs
I wouldn't and I have been working on FC's since 86 when they came out. I don't think Ted would consider doing one either unless the budget was unlimited.
You didn't read that link did you???

The only point to a 13B-RE or REW swap is to be different.
A TII 13BT block can easily push 300+HP.
Why go through the head ache of a HUGE awkward swap when you can make more power with an engine designed to sit in the car for half the price.
BNR Stage 2-4 upgrade, some injectors,FMIC,Haltech or Rtek and your golden....

I think you need to do a lot more research before even considering a swap....engines won't just fit in, you need lots of supporting hardware. If you don't know what the following terms mean: 13B-VDI, 13BT, 13B-RE, 13B-REW, 20B-REW, then do a lot more reading before thinking about doing the swap.
Dude, just swap a 13Bt in, less of a headache, you'll save cash you could put towards the engine mods, don't consider putting a FD motor in your car it's a waste for the 10's of thousands you could possibly spend you could put towards you 13BT and have a monster..
