If I'm not mistaken, the Saab gauge panel has been discontinued.
So with this, what is the next best gauge holder??

check out http://www.omori-na.com

They have flat style DIN mount and staggered style DIN mount.

I think they are on Products --> Accesories.

I bought mine at www.egauges.com

It was $25. I tried to find a Saab panel with no luck.

It may not be on the website.

Call them (Don's Sport Vehicles) at 800-303-6211
The part # is vpw0041
It is listed as an MK4 gauge panel

I might have a pic somewhere. Send me your e-mail address, and I will send it if I can find it.

The Saab panel did not come stock on their cars. It was a factory upgrade item that you could get from Saab. Not that many people bought them. They have been discontinued for quite some time. Almost impossible to find one these days. I looked.

make your own out of CF, its easy

Here is the black on black twill

How about some red carbon/kevlar

how about replace them both...

(and yeah i know the twill is not that straight on this last one, but i though he was gonna just gonna cut the carbon to fit a single din pannel and that he would have avoided the wavy part and used it to practice or something)

I'll send ya another peice if you want quad, but you gotta pay me shipping

Yes, this is the right part. I bought 2 spin lock gauges. They hold the 3 hole panel in place. My center gauge is my boost gauge. I just put some tape around the gauge until it fit snugly in the bracket. It stays in place, and can be removed easily to access the spin locks to remove the other two gauges. This way I dont have to remove any of my dash to remove the guages.

I'll e mail you a pic tomorrow.

Each gauge has a way of holding it in place. A spin lock gauge has threads on the back of the gauge on the outside. There is a large cylindrical plastic piece that screws on the back and acts as a clamp to hold the gauge in place. A u-bracket normally screws on a center screw on the back of the gauge.

Your guages should have mounting instructions.
