I have a few pics to add to assist you guys in the install. If you're having problems please PM me and I will give you my number to assist. Also, if you could take some pics of your installs and post em up that would be great.

The cooler to cooler line should be routed through the crash bar like pictured below

This is how the adel clamp should look... but you will have to bend it like in the 2nd pic below

And this is how the cooler should sit when it's installed....There are other pictures in the first thread we made. I will copy those into this thread in a bit. The brackets in the last pic and holding the oil thermostat are our prototype ones, the production ones look nicer

That last picture makes the oil cooler look like it's on a bad angle, but its actually very level to the ground, I don't know why it looks like that.

I am still waiting on the banjo fittings to come in... I would say you should have your kit in two weeks or so. My supplier doesn't ususally stock many of the banjo fittings, so I pretty much cleared him out and the new ones are coming from England I believe. In the future we will not have this problem, as they are now going to keep more on hand.

Hey Scrub, have you re-thought what I asked regarding building a 34 row kit?

Ya know, after a cursory glance, I think that a 34 row could be done with just a slight change in the inner 'u' bracket design. You coould sell either kit by simply swapping out the different cooler sizes.

The 34 row is 2-3/4" taller than the 25 row included in your kit. By just flipping the top, outer bracket upside down (which would increase the mounting point by 3" approx, and then perhaps add a 1/4" rubber spacer/washer for the extra space), the outer bracket can now accomodate the taller cooler.

The inner 'u' bracket could be made into a 2-piece adjustable bracket; that is, there are holes drilled for either the 25 row or the 34 row, and one would just slide the two ends along each other to align the correct holes for thier particular application.

The only other thing I can think of is whether there is enough slack in the lines for the extra 2-3/4" height. That could easily be built in to accomodate both kits though.

....of course, I think I'm the only one w/o combo lights too...

er, taking another look, there is the matter of the airbag/crash sensor being in the way...

Anybody know if relocating that back a couple inches would effect its, um, effectiveness?

Sorry hahaha, the conversation I had with scrub was regarding a single cooler solution (which I guess a single 25 row should be fine). The idea was to use a single 34 row - but we thought it would require a complete redesign. Other than the potential crash sensor problem, it actually would have been possible with very little changes.

I have the passenger side duct ear marked for another project, hence no dual cooler for me.

Of course, I've also tossed about the idea of running a second 25 row directly behind the first, on the drivers side...

hahaha, dclin...you're nuts. I never really considered it, but it would be fairly easy to make our brackets work with a bigger core using rubber or nylon spacers. I don't think you would be able to mount the cores much higher without hitting the headlights as the flip up. The 25 rows barely fit with the stock brake duct/under tray so if you wanted to use a 34 row you could not utilize stock tray.....On the flip side if you don't care about the tray or have an aftermarket bumper it wouldn't really matter. If there was enough interest I would gladly look into it. If you'd like to try and fit a 34 row PM me and we can work something out, I can get you one no problem. As long as you mount the cooler in the same orientation the lines should reach.

Measure out how long you need your lines to be and we can send you a kit. You just have to fab up your own brackets, unless you live near northern Delaware
