While I wait to uncover the car to take pics, any updates for the real lenses for the GB? ON their way, in customs, hopefully not the worst case - not even shipped yet?

Believe me when I say, Ramy isn't ignoring you guys, infact he's busting his hump trying to get these lights over here. He's been REALLY busy lately, but these lights are definitely a priority for him. What's important right now is concrete information, when he has it he will post it.

 

Took the car out for a spin today on the Atlanta interstate system. I did stake some pics of the lights so I'll try to get them up shortly. I washed the car after the drive but took the pics before so I wouldn't forget.

Wondering the same thing, been 2 months since the last update. If we were the peeps in the CF hatch/hood GB fiasco, we'd be calling for blood

Without getting into details, something very similar to what happened in the CF hatch GB happened to me. I'm not at liberty to discuss anything at present time (due to the current legal course of action), but I can assure you that the situation is almost completely resolved, and everyone should be receiving their parts VERY soon.

ramy, can you clarify what you mean? i understand you cant comment on all of the details, but i (and im sure everyone else) would like to know whats generally going on. its our money thats tied up (or lost) at the moment, so id like to know more about the situation as you are the middle man. not trying to bust your *****, but i need something more concrete then what ive seen thus far. (just looking out for myself, im sure you can understand). -heath

 

Heath, I completely understand your concern, but again, I'm not at liberty to comment at the moment. But I CAN tell you this: no one's going to be left high and dry w/o money or product. I've already taken measures to ensure everything will come through as promised. As I mentioned wayyy back when I first collected the money, this is a liability on my part, so failure is not an option.

I've bought a few things from Ramy in the past and he always came through. I just need better lights now that it's dark all of the time.

Just a guess, but it sounds like it's the shipping company screwing things up since A) we know it's not Ramy, B) I don't think it would be Wise sport messing up, so your left with the intermediary that was supposed to bring the stuff over. Whatever the outcome, I'm still confident Ramy will take care of us and I feel bad since I was just trying to keep things light with the out for blood comment and it lead into the last few posts.

Dayaaam, 10 month group buy. This is an OG group buy lemme tell ya! We could've pooled all our money in a short-term mutual fund or something and make a better return on investment. Still waiting another 2 more months until I ask for a straight up refund...no offense. Love you and everything Ramy, but doooood!

 

You think this GB is long? You ought to look at the FC sleek headlights GB thread. That GB started in January and still doesn't look like there's an end in sight. At least Ramy has been posting regular updates, you ought to see the angry people in that thread.

 

Not to clutter this thread, correct me if I am wrong (didn't go through all the pages), but the gist of the GB I see for FC lights is just a long list of people who are interested in the kit, not a list with people who paid for them. So I don't see where the people's anger is coming from other than wanting something they can't have...

****ATTENTION**** Anyone that purchased the HID version of this kit. I have a RE-Amemyia H11 headlight kit never install'd that I am willing to trade straight up when the Wisesport kits are ready. This is the newest version of their kit that uses H7 and H11 bulbs with clear lenses. Im only interested in the HID kit/Clear lenses version.
