no worries ramy... im just stressed cause its been raining for the last week here and my DD station wagon is broke so im out in the 7 and cant see ****. forgot how gentle i need to be in the rain with the throttle haha i guess i got too used to my 5000 pound mercedes TANK wagon.

 

That reminds me, I need to upload those pics I took of the lights (bought off ebay) installed in the car. Look nice and can't wait for the real thing.

yeah pics of the lenses, and (even better) the cuttoffs. im really worried about having RHD lights on my car.... i should have thought that through first but ive been contemplating chopin-em-up and throwing some HID projectors in there (and to think im wating all this time to hack them apart) lol

If you wanna hack some up i'd get the ebay ones for that, or not use housings at all just put in projectors with some sort of surround around it.

 

im convinced theyre the same as the ebay ones. and i want to keep the pop up headlights so i need some sort of housing, and im not sure how id go about constructing one.

 

Why are you convinced they are the same as the eBay ones?

20B, PM Sent to you about RE-A's. Ah yes, and to keep this related to the topic, bump for a quick delivery ! !

 

The lights cutoff on the right hand side are similar to my wife's zexon lights on the RX-8, but like you mentioned, they angle up to the left and not to the right like stock. I'm having trouble with my driver side light staying up and need to look at the plastic piece they you turn the long screw into to raise or lower it...the plastic piece might be stripped or something. After that I'll try to take some night pics showing the lights and if I'm feeling like it, might through the stockers in there and do a comparision of the lighting quality. I'll try to get the images uploaded shortly depending on if I need to resize them or not.

I'm happy to tell everyone that the replacement order of lights is ready to be shipped over to the states and I believe actually shipped today . Ramy and I are looking forward to bringing this long over due GB to an end. And again we're sorry for all the delays encountered. I'll keep you guys up to date with the shipping status .

Thanks for he update. To be honest, I haven't kept track of the thread. When you say replacement, what happened to the original shipment? Just curious. Anway, thanks again.
