Mobara is in Chiba, about a 2.5 hour drive with no traffic and pit stops. What I do to get in is have my buddy make the reservations and then I give him the money for all of the gaijin that want hit the track. If your not going to race I think parking is free or dirt cheap. It costs about 2,500 Yen in tolls one way.
As for rules you have to have long sleaves, pants, (coveralls work), gloves, helmet, and your seatbelt has to work. It costs about 12,000 Yen to get on for the day.

Early next month on a week day for better traffic and less people at the circuit. I`m not sure on the date yet though.

Are your going to come down south for 7-7-07?

I live here because thats where the military decided to station me. And my name has TII because i owned a couple before i joined the military. And i would like to come down south, but i dont know if i could afford it at this time.

The majority of the Okinawa people post on Zeroyon. Nopistons is deader than Jimmy Hoffa on downers and Dragon is nowhere to be found!

Dragon bought a RX-8 with kick *** a/c and 3 year warrenty and got tired of being in constant pain from crawling under and bending over cars.. still got tons of rotory **** though... My most recent craze is my 06 R6 that's filling in the speed gap the 8 wasn't doing much for...

ahhh crap A/C....

I am gonna be needing that real soon!
Also 3 years of service and warranty would be great. I sure hope something along the lines of a new 7 comes in the next couple years.
I am to stupid to drive a bike... but then again... I would not get nearly as many speeding tickets hahaha.

Nice R6 Dragon

I was really tempted to put my ac belt back on today. I have it all in the car stiill but I am just testing to see if I am going to be able to last through the whole summer with out it. If so I will remove it and keep it out for good. Back in Cali that was one of the first things I did to my FC's. Pull the AC and P/S. So much more room and looks so much cleaner.
