Tokyo Auto Salon 2010

Hello Japan Residents,

I have the opportunity to travel to Japan on the 12th for relatively cheap and stay the week for free. Can anyone who wants to go to the Tokyo Auto Salon go? If not how do people get to go?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Go to the convention hall where the Salon is taking place.

Buy tickets from scalper. Most times you can get 1 ticket for 5000 yen. (55ish dollars)

Do this each day you want to go. Fri is the best day. Sat is better than Sunday. Sunday sucks.

Yes, anyone can attend. I purchased my ticket at the convention center (not sure if I could have saved some money with a scalper). I only went on Saturday and it was good.

Good luck, and have fun!

You cannot buy tickets for the early open on Friday at the door. You can get them in a number of ways, easiest is to pay the scalper near the convention hall. You can get tickets for public open that starts at 1230 or something like that. Sat and Sunday you can buy tickets at the door.
