AFAIR RX8 stationary gear should fit, be just as good as the race-versions, yet cheaper - you might want to look into that.

Any pictures of the damage?

I have hardened race gears with three window bearing.

Deep groove race bearings, side seals and other stuff is to be ordered during the wwek.
Going P-Port should also take the flow guestimation out of the shady homemade intake manifold.

Currently working on a nice project.

FD3S going from totally stock to "still looking stock"

13B-rew streetport
Greddy V-spec FMIC
non-seq twin-turbo conversion
Exedy racing clutch
HKS RS intake system
Greddy Titanium 3" exhaust system (no cat)
Apexi PFC with boost controller
SARD radiator
unorthodoxs underdrive pullyset
emissions removal
HKS blow-off
HKS twin-power ignition module
RE-amemiya sparkplug cords
and some tiny stuff like gauges ect.

After that i'm finnaly gonna spend some time on my own project; the 12A bridgeport trackcar. Stock clutch lasted 250 Km's. Gonna upgrade to 1 or 2 plate racing clutch. Change the springs from stock to stiffer ones. replace brakepad for Hawk blue racing pads. Mounting different race seat and i'm ready for the next trackweekend at the Zandvoort Circuit in September

Finally been able to spend some time/money on the car again...
Preparing for paint job (yep, again) meaning a bare metal respray this time (there was over 1 mm of body filler on the car!!!). Stripped the engine bay, and started cleaning it up. There won't be a wiring loom in there anymore except for the few wires going to the engine.
Trying to fit in my aluminium radiator and intercooler (trying out different setups at the moment), and wondering how I'll handle the engine rebuiild that's coming my way...
I also have new fuel lines (hard lines for under the car) and brake lines (hard lines, the flexible ones are for once the car is on the road again: braided lines won't make the car inspections) to install, an exhaust to finish etc.
And I need to replace the windscreen, after screwing it up (big D'OH). This is the job I absolutely hate most.
Other then that, still a lot of polishing coming my way.
New job means less tight budget, even less time...
I want it sprayed by the end of next month, and up and running spring '08.
More pics when there's something to show. The ones I attached are "in progress" shots, most of the paint is gone by now.

Yes thats me.

I bought a car over in the USA and it arrived here 10 days ago and the engine is already making problems (leaking oil like crazy) so I will start the swap sooner. If you want any informations just hit me up we will be doing that swap for customers too.

This thread deserves a big bump.
The past three weeks, I've been busy rebuilding a 13B REW for a guy.

Pics can be found on Olivers (OC94RX7) websit. If You are still sporting one of those fancy-smart 56K dial up connections - then don't even bother clicking

Kim <-- Who seriously needs to get going with the FB.

Nice work, Kim. Makes me want to get my hands dirty But I'll pass on 13B REW's though, man are those things complicated... Give me good old 12A or 13B on Weber carbs, no need to work yourself though rats nests...

Well, I have about a million things to do before I can start working on the cars... The garage is full of stuff, ranging from 2 kitchens (3rd one coming friday), furniture, tools, three cars, etc.
All I can do to keep me a bit happy, is working on my motorcycle. It's a small 250cc V-Twin and rusty since I stopped using it years ago. took it apart to clean, so I at least can do a bit of wrenching.

I'm looking forward to rebuilding my TII, though... Gonna get some ports enlarged in the process
