The only thing i have heard about the XS ecu is bad. One of the tricked out 3rd gens around here tried it and BOOM motor gone after 3 days or something. I wouldn't use it.

I've had my XS modified ECU for 3 or 4 years now. I ran it when I was sequential and now with my non-seq setup. It's worked great for me and XS' customer service was great (although, I don't think they support it any more because of the Power FC).
When I first got it, I asked for boost to be at 13psi. It was at 13.5 on my car...I called them up, they sent me a new boost chip that I plugged in and my boost was at a perfect 13.
If you do a search on my posts (or on XS ECU) you'll find some other posts from me, as well as my most recent Dyno run that also had the wide-band O2 sensor logged...my A/F looked really good according to most people who responded.
Hope this info helps...
