My TII has Cruise as well, all you have to do is pull part the stock harness, removing the plugs and wires that attached the cruise and wipers to the kick panel mounted relays, toss the rest of the harness, keeping the wiring for the cruise and wipers, then just plug them back into where they came from..Max

 

Ok i'[m retarded, the wires for the wipers are intertwined within the ecu harness that you remove with the engine? i look down there and there's just a whole bunch of wires. Looks like a plate of sphagetti
