What is the difference between the HKS F-Con S and the V Pro?

What is the difference between the HKS F-Con S and the V Pro?
I was wondering if anyone is running this ecu. What is the difference between them. All my catalog are in Japanese and I can't understand it. I was thinking about getting the V Pro, but the S is so much cheaper. Please help me decide!
