This isn't something that you should attempt yourself. Check your local NE forum for a local tuner who is willing to discuss pricing with you:

1. Since you don't want to use a MAF or AFM, are you looking for a speed-density or alpha-n system?
2. Do you need closed-loop, or is open-loop OK?
3. SFI or batch?
4. How many injector leads and stages do you need, and are they going to be staged by MAP, RPM, or other?
5. What is the minimum resolution needed for your fuel and ignition maps?
6. Do you plan on running a CAS, hall, optical, or 60-2 wheel?
7. Do you need to run split timing?
8. How many PWM outputs do you need, and do they need to reference any particular parameters?
9. Do you need ECU boost control, and if so what control parameters?
10. Do you need a CAN or RS232 interface?
