Teach me to tune a car?

I want to learn to tune a car, but I don't know anything about parameters, etc.

Any website that can teach me the basics, then the advanced? I'm looking to tune my car because there are no tuners around my area, so help me please!!!!

i donno if this helps but:
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_b?...ds=rx7&x=0&y=0

and some pdf downloads :
http://www.wankel.net/~krwright/cars/rx7/manuals.html
http://www.teamfc3s.org/main/factory...ual/1989_1991/

im also trying to find time to fit some good technical reading in my daily schedule so i can get familiar with my car, and do most (if not all) of my work by myself. im hoping to really get the ball rolling this summer!
