HELP PLEASE! 1 plug is off on my harness!

alright so i have a jdm 93 fd. i popped the engine last season and just bought a diffrent one this season that i put in last weekend. the 4 yellow plugs on my ecu fit and are the same as my old ones.. but the little black box that comes mounted on the back of the ecu doesnt fit my plugs... anyways. i kinda solved that problem by just leaving my original black box in there.. but now the plug that is supposta connect the interior harness to the engine harness doesnt fit.. so it either i have 3 plugs not fitting from the black box if i use the domestic one.. or i just have the 1 plug that connects the 2 harnesses not fitting.. what should i do?!!?! the plug is the blue in color and one of them is 1 prong longer.. if im confusing i can provide pictures. i finally got an engine and i still cant get it to run! super frustrating. a jdm wiring diagram would be the best.. no electrical shop will touch my car without one... any help is appreciated. thanks guys!!
