Safc S-afc 2 initialize/save settings?

Hi,

I have set up my Safc S-afc 2. I set the pressure senor, the throttle sensor, the low and high range and have set up the idle speed to subtract but I can't get it to save/preform. Each time I shut it down as I am told the set up says 0% correction. Will someone walk me through it? 93 rx7

The initialize function ereases all data. You don't have to do anything to make it save the changes you make, it does it automatically.

I did the same thing when I had an SAFC in my last car, it took me about an hour to realize that I was ereasing the data each time I hit initialize - doh!

I do understand that part about erasing or writing over. The problem is I never see the correction being implemented after setting them. I will create a map and then save it but when I start it up or just view with the ignition on there's no correction it's still set a "0%" +/-.
If I set the correction for example, 800 rpm @ -5% and 1000 rpm @ -5% then press exit/ then initialize, then turn off the key and restart theres no correction it still is at "0%" +/- I must be missing a step.
