Question POWER FC Won't control boost Help!

I am running stock sequentials, Apexi Dual Filter Intake, N1 exhaust, blowoff valve and the Power Fc. The Power Fc will not control my boost or maybe just wont allow it to go any higher. No matter what I do, the boost will never go above 10 psi on my autometer boost guage. I have tried using the configs in the forum to run 13psi but don't get any results. Can someone tell me what I need to do, port the wastegate? remove a factory restrictor if there is one? replace solenoids? Thanks for your help. I should mention that this is a SR motorsports tuned FC.

What have you adjusted? What setting values do you show on the commander?

Thanks for your help. I used some settings that were on the forum here for thirteen pounds. I just recently installed a midpipe and that took care of the problems. I think there was just too much restriction evidentally. Thanks again for your help though.
