LOL, personally, I think if you have to ask, go with the Power FC. It's a simple plug-in install and it's relatively user-friendly.

IMO, the Haltech is really designed for a serious race car setup and not a daily or weekend type of car.

if you don't someone to tune or to wire your system up go for the powerfc

BUT
i think more than 3 haltech dealers are offering plug in adapters for the E6k, E6X and E11 haltech ecu's so that route might be more appealing to you. There are also base maps for bone stock RX7's floating around so you can load that up and drive to your tuner.
