best ecu for 20b
LTX12
Advantages: Cheapest, includes ignition coil packs, proven to work
Disadvantages: Resolution isn't all that great, not many bells and whistles

E11
Advantages: Excellent resolution, lots of extras including 3D boost control
Disadvantages: Nearly 50% more expensive than an LTX12, doesn't include ignition coils, new system that people are just now trying on the 20B

My personal opinion of the above: Get the one that has local support. Otherwise, LTX12 for drag racing where you only care about idle and WOT, E11 for road racing where fine tuning is important. Either will work fine for the street.
Other EMS products in the sub-$2,000 USD range that supposedly run split timing on a 3-rotor:
AEM EMS, Electromotive TEC3, Wolf3D 4.0 Plus
