Power FC & A/C question

I was told recetly that the Power FC cuts of the a/c above the 2nd setting. Is this true, if it is, is there a way to fix it???

Mine does this also. Settings 3 and 4 are worthless.

Mine only works on fan switch 1.

I notice something funny yesterday, if I shut the car off and leave the key in "ACC", my a/c setting would work on all.

This is weird..

Same here. I thought they all worked but now after a week, I realized it's 1,2,4. Setting 3 blows warm air after a few seconds.

mine's a 93 touring.
