I was looking at a JET ecu ad one day and noticed that they have an upgrade for the 93-95 rx7. So I began to be curious. On the jet webpage www.jetchip.com the fd application reads "Modified fuel and ignition, plus increased boost pressure (+3-5 lbs depending on application) and increased rev limits if applicable." Anyway just wondering if anyone has any info on this pros and cons or if it is just plain junk

 

rxotic, you could try to put this thread in the 3rd gen section, but then yu may as well have put it in the fockin' lounge. i mean, no one really cares here any more. too many ******** post in here for anyone who might know anything to sort through for you. call me and we will discuss the jet ecu. i will pm you my number.

JET ecus are fucken trash!! If you want a plug n play ecu get either, pettit, m2 or gforce.

 

If you are going to call an ecu trash, then at least give an explanation as to why you think so. Do you know that it is not a good ecu, or are you just saying this b/c it is not well advertised for the rx7 or "everyone else" is not using it. How do you know that pettit is'nt copying jet's maps on the ecu. All I am saying is if you are going to call something trash give an explanation as to why. Who do you know that has used one and what bad happened as a result of it?
