wow...Wow...WOW!
Except for the ending part which they went into talking about setting up the testing, all that stuff was absolutely riveting!
I find it super funny that they blast Electromotive, Nology, and wide-bands!
I love these guys!

Reading through all of that, I can't help but feel sorry for them though.
It looks like they are on the verge of making a major discovery in terms of automotive ignitions, but they just can't nail it down!
I'm intrigued with that test with the bikes with the different engine control systems, and the guy kept theorizing about ignition phasing inducing the significant jump in power from the MoTeC controlled bike...
It's like staring at something amazing but through dirty glasses!

You get a big thanx for dropping that link CCarlisi!

Too bad it confirms my experience how shitty those damn MSD DIS-4's! :P
We've been fighting with those things for about two years, and the link just confirmed my suspicions.
OTOH, we're moving to LS1 coils, and these guys don't have too-kind words for those things either.
Oh well...looks like more money needs to be spent!
Doh!

the Electromotive Inductive spark concept looks pretty good... all that duration. if i could keep my Power FC Datalogit and run the inductive setup i would.

after surveying my options for 06 it looks like i will run two MSD DIGITAL6 Plus amps and two Blaster HVC-2 coils... one each on my lead plugs.

after reading all the ignition info you could really get lost in the trees and not see the forest.

Just a heads up...
This site is owned by a good friend of mine and consists of a real close group of friends and we keep it this way... This site does not have dumb *** flame wars and will never have them as you will get banned instantly. Many of us dont' want to put up with the typical **** thats posted on most forums.. Because of this, this site is visited frequently from many of the top guys of our industry and is full of very good info.

So enjoy it but keep it clean....

Happy New Year...
