Difference Between N3A1 & N3B8

Hello !
I bought a pettit ecu from a friend. I wonder which difference it was between my old stock ECU and his stock ECU before the rebuild.
My car is a -93 Touring

Mine:
N3A1
EGI
N3A1 18 881
079700-3813
*003813F*

His: (now rebuilded)
N3B8
EGI
N3B7 18 881A
079700-3901
*0039010*

Can they handle different things (emission etc?)

Johan

I was just going to suggest to call Pettit, (considering your location) but that wouldve been an expensive answer!

Sorry I cant help, I dont know much about 3rd gen ECUs.

i'm not sure we have the n3b7 in the us, it sounds like maybe a euro one? they all seem to work with each other as long as its 92-95. in 96 they changed the ecu plugs so you cant use them
