Yes, That's what i run on my car and im currently setting up my brother's car with one as well.

Autronic is a excellent system. Although very tricky setting one up.

I've helped a few installs already and would gladly help you out if you need any assistance.

Yes, chip version 1.49 will work fine on a 13b with injector staging, timing split, stock CAS, and many other features...

Enzo, do you mean version 1.94? Also, how good is the Auto-Tune? What about the traction control?

Hamza: You will NOT get auto-tune with the v.1.49 Rotary Chip. At least that how I understand it.

Sevenin7: No, you have to make your own wiring harness for the cas, sensors, injectors and ignition.

Real-time Autotune is not available with the 1.49 Rotary chip, although you can still use another version of autotune where you drive around and set the autronic to datalog and then pull up the data from the mixture table and you select which cells need to be adjusted and press enter. The autronic will then make the necessary changes to your fuel map. Works the same as the autotune feature but not real-time. you have to datalog and then adjust. It's works great....

I will be setting up my traction very soon. I just found an FC with a.b.s brakes and took all the factory sensors off it. I will be using these sensors to install traction control. you need a driven wheel speed sensor and a non-driven wheel sensor to use T.C.
You have full adjustablility of wheel slip for every gear via fuel cut/or ign cut. It's formula one quality from what i hear. i'll let you know as soon as i get mine setup.

Any autronic dealer should be able to get one.
Do you already have an SM2?
If not you just simply order the SM2 with a 1.49 chip.

Im an autronic dealer so if you need one let me know.

you should be able to use a aux o/p to control the OMP. i have just piggy backed the sm2 onto my standard ECU. this way the stnd Ecu will control things like the OMP.

i have just recently completed the the SM2 and 500R CDI install and it was a huge improvement over my last programable managment.

I will be setting up my traction very soon. I just found an FC with a.b.s brakes and took all the factory sensors off it. I will be using these sensors to install traction control. you need a driven wheel speed sensor and a non-driven wheel sensor to use T.C.
can it use both fuel and ignition cut, or just ign cut to control traction? also do you need a reluctor interface to convert the signal?

cheers
B

Hey Bernard.

With rotaries i wouldn't recommend fuel cut. Run the T.C. with ignition cut.
Also if the sensors are magnetic you will need a reluctor to convert the signal.

Autronic is planning to release a new ecu sometime next year. From what i heard it will be able to control the OMP as well as many other things.

thanks Enzo,
the pic attached is a wiring diagram of the ABS and speed sensors. there are 2 wires coming off each speed sensor. which wire gives the signal?

hey Hamza734,
it's the first i've heard about the new Autronic. try contacting Autronic, they may be able to help

the chip you need is the 1.49 and only comes in the SM2 model. they used to have a spec sheet of all the chip versions, but i can't seem to find it

I have some specs on it. Pm for details, i don't want to post them. Basically it's a Top Notch Ecu.
With many new features. Only problem is it won't be able for a while so sit tight...

check out this link for the chip features for SMC/SM2
