You would need to convert to EFI (throttle body, fuel injectors, high-pressure fuel pump, etc.), but nearly everything that runs a universal (not vehicle-specific) 13B will run a 12A. Here are some links:

ok so i wonder how much work would be involved in doing that. i guess if i jsut swapped in the 13b motor into the rx2 it would just be easier. i will have to figure out what the costs of extra parts/time to make it all work is worth compaired to doing the full swap. BUt thanks for your help. Matt22
