AEM UEGO Controller Thoughts
Hey,
Looking into getting a wideband to add to my system along with the new Apexi Neo.
I like the AEM Uego so I have a easy to read display but does anybody have any personal experience with these and what are you thoughts on it? Would this be a good/bad unit for the 7?
I already know of the LM-1 and other brands so this isn't about those. I did search and all threads went off subject to other brands.
Thoughts? Ideas?
Mike

I just picked mine up....its not installed (nor is the car COMPLETELY running) but its a nice little unit.
I wasn't looking for anything super fancy datalogging wise, I just needed a sensor and gauge so I could watch the happenings of my crazy air/fuel...for the price its a good unit and everything I was looking for.
It has an output for datalogging to an EMS (AEM orotherwise) and another output called "0v-5v" Im assuming I can hook this back up to the ECU so its getting the old narrow band signal (although I am running e-manage for fuel and timing) but I have to look into whether or not that output is the proper one.

Yeah,
I have the Rtek 1.7 right now. My setup isn't anything major as far as power goes but with raising boost and larger sec. injectors I feel the safe way to do it is to have a wideband to better tune with the Neo
