about to get ecu upgrade
i am about to do alot of ***** to my new used 93 touring. ther ecu is one of them. the only problem is that i aman ex VW guy and am still learning about the 7's. i have hearda lot of names being tossed around about different manufactures but i am wondering if there is one ECU that is the better one made.

it all depends
here are the basic things that you must consider.
1. price, if you are will ing to spend lots of money then don't worry about it, if not then find something in your price range.
2. mods,depending on if you just want a fast car, or if you want an all out race car, or just something decent.
3. simplicity, there are lots of different ecu's on the market and some are easier to install and or program than others.
i suggest just hangin' out in here and in the brand specific forums and reading as many threads as you can. also don't be afraid to ask or use the SEARCH button. the only stupid question is the one you don't ask.
