Electromotive Forum?

Why isn't there an Electromotive specific forum on this site? Any reasons why? There are a lot of rotary guys running TEC-3s and have had lots of success with them.

Moderator evil aviator killed that idea back in 2005. Since then no one bothers asking/begging, not worth the hassle.

Who's running Electromotive? I've been talking with them about picking up their line to carry vend through our shop and am curious for feedback on the systems.

Im currently running a tec3r, however it isnt installed. I have been playing with the new software release and all I have to say is it kicks ***. My tuner and I are going to be tuning my car once its back together. He is also looking forward to playing with it.

I know that ErnieT runs one on his monster along with gtorx7 and his 20b na. There is also a local to me that will be running one soon on a 20b na setup as well.

I think you should pick up the line ludwig . I can order some stuff then.

Probably will. Many of the sensors are the same as what we use for the Haltech's so if you need anything drop me a PM.

1) Individual forums are more difficult to moderate. It would be a nightmare to try and manage 30+ EMS sub-forums.
2) Posts tend to get ignored in low-volume forums, so it is actually to your advantage to post in the overall EMS forum unless RX-7 Electromotive sales increase by a very large amount.
3) You can post all you like in the Engine Management Forum.
4) It has NOTHING to do with the quality of the EMS. Note that there are no individual forums for any of the top-tier manufacturers like Motec, Autronic, Delphi, or Magneti Marelli.

Have you seen the Electromotive Group forum?

Regular moderators can't add forums. I only recommended against it, and the forum staff agreed.

Yes, it is not worth the hassle.

Looking back you were right, there are very few Electromotive users. There are more than before but still not a lot. There's also an electromotive section on efi101.com

Good example of how you can cripple a website with too many forums: http://www.rotarycarclub.com/

I am sure they will spruce it up once they get more experience running a website. Strangely enough, they don't have any EMS-specific sub-forums.
