If this was done to the FC spindles, how hard would that be to replicate, or at least get close to on FD spindles?

Those look very strong. I had looked at the same parts you bought, but I could not find an adjuster nut that would work with FC metric rack.

I took a chance and bought the Super Now tie rod ends with hopes that they are strong enough. If I bend them, I will use the adjuster nuts and buy these parts.

So, can you let us know which set you had that bent??
Thanks,

yea i took everything to Full Function Engineering and they made the adjuster nut.

the k-sport ones bent/broke on me. that was partially because we were on West track in reverse, so the rumble strips were facing the other way. but either way the other set of ksports we had bent as well (the shank and stud)

on page 2 you can see the high mis-alignment spacers and custom adjuster nut and all the **** installed.

for reference these are long so either cut them or lengthen ball joint to get correct toe\alignment

I applaud you for being able to custom do things like that. Something I haven't quite gotten the hang of yet, but I've never tried, just tried to envision, and that doesn't really work out too well.

She's looking great though, enjoying the thread.

Front diff mount is boxed. The other mounts are solid urethane.
