What size wheels for 40mm and 50mm overfenders?

Have a 1988 FC and bought a BN kit and 40mm front over fenders and 50mm rear over fenders just wondering what size wheels would work best? Can’t find much info about this

Was looking at some 18x9.5 +15 wheels for the front and 18x10.5 +22 or +15 wheels not sure how they would fit or how much spacer I would need to get good fitment, or should I try to find lower offset wheels?

For the front it really depends on your specific car if the lca and ball joint placement is stock or not. For the rears 10.5 + 15 is a good start with some spacers.

More info is definitely needed...do you have coilovers? How low is your car? Are your front lower control arms (FLCA) stock? How much camber are you hoping to run front and rear? What size tires are you going to run and what kind of look are you trying to achieve: flush with meaty tire, slight poke with stretched tire?

Have you checked the wheel fitment thread in the picture section?

For reference here's my car. I have 30mm front and 35mm rear wide fenders. Wheels are 18x9+12 fronts with a 215/35/r18 tire and 18x10.5+12 rears with 235/45/r18. My FLCA's are extended 35mm and I'm running 7 degrees of camber in the front and 3 degrees in the rear.
