Why would you need to measure anything? As long as your machine work is the same on both sides, after the installation you just set toe, and then set the camber you want.

I woulnt factor in wheel size to your knuckle mod. Make them functional and have someone that can use them to the fullest give you some feed back on the desing. I have made 4 sets for friends of mine and one of them should be getting his Fd license this year. He will give me feed back later this month after we test them at VIR.
Not every one runs the same size wheels or tire size. Offset, camber, caster, and toe settings are made to drivers preference. I for one want to run low offset wheels with strech tires. Im sure the majority of drifters out there can agree with this.
Have you played with roll centers? Do you know what that is and how this effects suspension travel on lowered car? By changing the lenght of your LCA you can correct roll center. This is really the only reason I would change the lenght of my lower control arm. But then you have to take into account that everything alings perfect. Im not knocking you down at all. But there is a lot of engineering that goes into suspension geometry for someone just to cut and reweld different suspension components. If you do something to the front geo you will also have to correct the rear suspension.

Travis came up with the idea, I never said he didn't. He won't make them, but he gets credit for it for sure and will more than likely be a big part of the process, not to mention a percentage off of them.
Kai will make the mock up pieces, he doesn't have the machinery to make the final pieces.
I will do some knuckles after I get the tie rod and final ball joint pieces made through Mike Berry here in Denver, then you can buy the rest of the **** you need for your car, or you can just have the mock up pieces that kai makes.
**** you CJ.

anyone willing to create a set already cut/welded and post to the UK? Obviously I'll pay.
Its a nightmare getting anyone over here to even attempt to do the cast welding due to having to heat it up first then sand cool etc...
so yeah.. rather than purchase the parts from a company. Anyone willing to send me a set sorted.. Ill pay well.
