But an open diff behaves WAY different than even a worn clutch lsd. By practicing with an open diff you are conditioning yourself to drive differently than you would with a welded.

this is so stupid...
iv rocked the same welded diff for 2 years 22,000km, do i like it ? yes. Do the guys with welded diff listen to dip ***** telling them its unsafe and gay so they should change it? no.
people who want LSD's get LSD's, people who want welded weld ****.

for the guy who started this thread. what do you have against welded diffs? did one take you out for a nice sea food dinner then never called you back?

why do you care about what other people do to their cars?

Um, yeah, a good 2 way does. You don't want the diff 100% locked all the time.

all i got to say is...DRIFT LSD IF YOUR A MAN, DRIFT WELDED IF YOUR A BOY!!! a welded makes it to easy to drift, my friend alveen(from fiji) drifts all his cars with lsd and out drifts everyone with welded he grips/slips so he has to have lsd to dd all his cars too. he takes corners going 80 while people with welded are still going 30-40 and clutch kicking while alveen is weight transfering and brake drifting(not hand brake drifting, actually tapping the brake pedal ****) if you want to drift with more angle and hold it and smoke like crazy learn to use more foot and steering control... ok im done bashing on welded, if you want to weld, weld your ****. just dont say its better than lsd end of story, welded can beat lsd and lsd can beat welded its all in the driver.

I swear man every F***in forum has nothing but haters. all these just like rx7 club created so people can share builds give tech advice and relate is ruined by these idiots like this guy with his anime avatar. its rediculous. fcdrifter when you can show me some sponsors and some real videos of you then start barking at everyone else. until then mind your own business and learn that opinion is opinion. if people like a welded diff let them. just because your welds are weak and blow doesnt mean everyone elses do. if they say they say they can do 13,000k on one welded then cool. back up. this thread was a bullsh*t rant to start with.
