just traded my cf na hood for a stock t2... looks soooo official now. gonna buy a cf t2 now, because i am having carbon fiber withdraws.

 

i took my equips and te37s with me. In fact the military shipped (for free!) my engine, transmission+driveshaft, (2) 1.5 way diffs, exhaust, power FC, my gauges, misc drift wheels, some tires, front+rear overfenders, my dmax hood, my suspension, os twin plate, plus a bunch of other random stuff.i cant take my chassis because of what KINCH said but i pretty much took everything else. Besides, i had to have my front end pulled straight twice due to tapping the wall in 3rd a couple times. wasnt worth it.

so anybody have an S5 chassis for sale in the South East? ill be in Georgia the beginning of August

This is quite possibly the saddest thing i've read all year. This was probably my favorite car on this site. (it was my desktop background for awhile...) I'm sure the new one will be just as awesome. I demand lots of past pics of this car though!

 

You in the Navy, Army, or AF. I've heard of people shipping all their parts back for cheap but not free. If I get stationed in Japan I'm hording everything back.

I had an s4 i would have PAID you to get rid of. Offered it to ilia but like him, i'm sure you'll find something. Check the carolinas. people usually let theirs go cheap here. I know Zan_tuning will let his shell go for a decent price if he hasn't built it up yet. It's been a while since i spoke to zac. Thanks JTP, had to kill my post lol. BTW anyone have an idea why my S5 TII sounds supercharged?? I have no vac/boost leaks. Only does it in boost and the sound follows the boost pattern

 

doesnt sound like a stock turbo at all zerkster.. sounds like you have a aftermarket turbo..

probably turbo's about to go out... check the shaft play.. wheel could be rubbing the housing
