Me and my friend Vinhnumber welded a bracket to hold the bracket to hold the waangg.. Its very sturdy, and on the freeway on ramp I can really feel the downforce, the rear end is just planted, even accelerating, I feel noticeable drag.. The gt wing has adjustable angle, so its pretty awesome..
I just wished it was a bit bigger like haraguchis. His was at least 70" mine is 57"... As for the hood, you can see what Im going for, Im welding some trangles on the side in next week to reenforce the vents, and grind down the welds and smooth it out with putty[bondo] then primer, then yaya. Probably going to refiberglass the kit as well, instead of spending $300 on a new kit...then when all is ready paint for inteior and exterior...

Damn!! i love your car man, i'm not a big fan of GT wings. but you pulled it off ok. i personaly would take it off. but your car is badass man!

just got back from a event at balcony. And all I gotta say is FUCKEN 245s in the rear FTW! The GT wing makes a difference, its alot more stable, and even on the freeway onramp it hugs...I cant believe my car actually has good power..connected the whole new layout once I got it down. I hope someone took some action shots... At first I was having problems with just spinning out, then I realized I should lift just a lil , and less aggresive on the angle, and just throttle control, and it worked. The new layout is awesome ebrake entryyy... and oh...I blew my diff. well not the diff, the stubshaft on the driver side is completely stripped, so now its 1 wheel drive.. If the welds broke, then that means I wouldnt have been able to drive home.. onewheel drive on the freeway...holyshit was it scary/. Luckily I have a spare na diff in the garage donated by xerox7...yeah..wil post pics once i find em.. HOLLY COW I LOVE This POWAA!!

my cell phone pics...

17x10 -18 235/45 fronts
18x8.5 -47 245/40 rear saleeenn wheels

blew these up too easy.. 235s too small ..

I still cant believe I drove 140miles on the freeway with onewheel drive and with super ultra clunky sound noises...seriously was praying the whole time, and going no more than 55... why are na stubshafts so weeaak...

honestly I didnt have any clue I was going to make any power from the rebuild.. ididnt really get to fully test out the car til today, heck I was suprised 245s were that easy to spin, and I had to lift as well.. Its definitely to much power for the lil na diff's stubshafts.. The welds held up, but the stubshaft stripped. I really need to get this car dynod.. Im curious now..Even John Chow said it was fast when he rode along.
