Use 2 nuts then with a lock washer between them.

Same here but i'm not comfortable using it.

I just like to clutch kick and when i'm feeling ballzy, i'll feint.

Feints make you feel like a man.

Clutch kicking seems too unpredictable to me. Once my tranny's fixed and have a new clutch and all that I'm gonna try it.

Feinting is ballsy, and love it.

Is his ported at all?

Typically I would NOT use the ebrake at all -thats kinda reserved for if you are coming in way fast -na fc does not do that. The only thing I really used it for na was if I was a little too close to the inside of a turn I'd yank it real quick to bring me out a little. Clutch kicks and feint are the was to go "dynamic drifting" because the throttle really does not do much hahhahaha

I don't get how you guys don't have problems with snap oversteer with your 245's in the rear. I've just barely overcome the issue with my 205's on 16x8's in the rear, 16x7's in front.

With the 205's on my car, 2nd gear wasn't a problem, if it was a sloped bank, sometimes I could make it into 3rd.

The biggest tips I can give to n00bs trying to start drifting. Go to a open parking lot in the middle of nowhere where cops wont bother you. Test out the different methods, i.e. shift lock, clutch kick, and e-brake and try to tell the difference between them. Like how each performs in a high speed entry vs a low speed entry. And watch the F&$% out for curbs.

And 90% of 7club hates you. GTFO of here. Go annoy the drag racers section.

Your informative posts are about as useful as my grampas Guam war stories about peeling potatoes under artillery fire.

WHAT? More tire pressure. Crank that **** up and DONT LIFT!

I'm probably going to get slammed for this BUT since i'm rocking that s4 n/a tip (for now......) and dont really have a 'rev limiter', i'm slapping a BEE*R on my **** or going online to fandangle an rpm switch, some relays and some wires together to make my own spark cut limiter.

It scares me my car wont tell me when to stop and it makes it hard to NOT lift. If i need to feather around a tight 90 or WANT to feather to look cool, that's one thing. Going ***** deep into the redline without any protection for a good period of time makes me nervous....as it should......even though we've all seen THIS:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhkAz6qossE

Or maybe i'm just making excuses for why i want to pop **** off.

Your ear and your right foot make a pretty good rev limiter.

What are the plans for the N/A drifters this new year?!?!?

I plan to rebuild my engine, rtek, learn how to tune, work more on suspension, and become a better driver/drifter...

What about you!
